The Gospel

The Gospel is the power of God unto salvation (Romans 1:16). Our program places a practical emphasis on equipping students to know and share the Gospel with the world around them. Living in Budapest gives our students daily opportunities to reach people with the love and truth of the Gospel.

Equipping

We pray that our students would be filled with the knowledge of His will (Colossians 1:9). We seek to equip them with the tools to discern and discover the will of the Lord for their lives (1 Thessalonians 4:3, 5:16-18; 1 Peter 2:13-15).

Building Bridges

Bridges support and connect. Our students learn how to build bridges with the Gospel to the many cultures around them (Galatians 3:28). Through the development of their character and gifts, students also learn how to support the church (Ephesians 4:11-12).

The Great Commission

As Christians, we are all called to reach the nations and make disciples (Matthew 28:19). Our staff and programs place an emphasis on fulfilling the Great Commission before the return of Jesus. We seek to be a witness in the city, the country, and to the ends of the earth (Acts 1:8). Students learn to be in the world but not of the world (John 17:16) as we become disciples who in turn make more disciples.

The Bible

We believe in the relevant, life-changing power of the Word of God to equip this generation to be complete and thoroughly equipped for every good work (2 Timothy 3:16-17). Our classes are exegetical and Christocentric. Our passion is to preach and teach the whole council of God (Acts 20:27).

Love

Jesus declared love to be the mark of His disciples (John 13:35). Being Gospel-centered encourages our students to move on to maturity (Hebrews 6:1) and develop the balance between liberty and love (Galatians 5:12-14) so we can say like Paul, “It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me…” (Galatians 2:20).

Walking in the Spirit

We believe that true transformation begins from the inside-out, through the work of the Holy Spirit (Romans 8:11). We desire for our students to grow in their understanding and ability to walk in the Spirit, develop a life of victory over the lusts of their flesh (Galatians 5:16), and to cultivate the fruit of the Spirit through a lifestyle of worship and abiding in Christ (John 15:4) (Romans 12:1).
